About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MKPD website and any software products or services that refer to these terms. MKPD is operated by Mamoru Kijima, a sole trader based in Auckland, New Zealand. By using the website or purchasing an MKPD product, you agree to these terms.
Products and services
Product descriptions, prices, licence terms, and any additional conditions shown at the time of purchase form part of these terms. We may improve, update, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary. Digital products are licensed, not sold, unless stated otherwise.
Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party merchant of record or payment provider. Their checkout and payment terms may also apply. Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase and your rights under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or any MKPD product, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that violates the law or the rights of others. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute a product except where its licence expressly permits this.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable products and services but do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MKPD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
